Ai Chi — Flowing Aquatic Energy
Ai Chi was developed in Japan by Jun Konno as a water exercise program and relaxation technique. Like Tai Chi on land, Ai Chi works with breath, awareness and energy to develop balance, coordination and strength through this gentle practice of sequential movements in the water.
Classes are offered a few times each week—schedule to be determined by request as classes fill. Each class size is limited to 4 participants to allow for individualized attention.
